You are solely responsible for all code, video, images, information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials ("content") that you upload, post, publish or display (hereinafter, "upload") or email or otherwise use via the Service. TravelBuzz.ai reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in TravelBuzz.ai's sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending content from the Service, suspending or terminating the account of such violators and reporting you to the law enforcement authorities.

3. Limitation of Liability

TravelBuzz.ai acts as an itinerary builder and management platform. We are not a travel agency, and we do not provide, own, or control any of the travel services and products that you can access through our Service (such as flights, accommodations, tours, etc.). Under no circumstances shall TravelBuzz.ai be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, resulting from the use or the inability to use the service or for cost of procurement of substitute goods and services or resulting from any goods or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through the service.

4. Third Party Services

The Service may provide, or third parties may provide, links or other access to other sites and resources on the Internet. TravelBuzz.ai has no control over such sites and resources and TravelBuzz.ai is not responsible for and does not endorse such sites and resources.

5. Public Portfolios and Social Sharing

TravelBuzz.ai provides features allowing users to generate and share public portfolio links and cinematic trip reels on external social media platforms. By choosing to make your trips and portfolio public, you acknowledge that this information can be viewed by anyone on the internet. TravelBuzz.ai is not responsible or liable for any consequences, privacy issues, harassment, data scraping, or misuse of your information resulting from your decision to share these links publicly. You share your travel data entirely at your own risk.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

TravelBuzz.ai utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to extract, structure, and generate itineraries from uploaded documents and text prompts. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the AI-generated itineraries will be perfectly accurate, reliable, or free of errors. You are strictly responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated dates, locations, times, and activities before relying on them for travel.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TravelBuzz.ai, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, and representatives from any and all third-party claims, losses, liability, damages, and/or costs (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising from your access to or use of our Service, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All graphics, logos, designs, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names associated with TravelBuzz.ai are registered trademarks, trademarks or trade dress of TravelBuzz.ai. You may not use our trademarks in connection with any product or service that is not ours, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or in any manner that disparages or discredits us. However, you retain full ownership of any personal itineraries or original photos you upload to the platform.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TravelBuzz.ai is legally registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in accordance with standardized commercial arbitration rules.

10. Modifications to Service and Terms

TravelBuzz.ai reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We also reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
